Join Our Team as an IT Team Leader for MES!
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in an international environment and drive the digitization of our production processes? As our Group IT Teamlead for our Manufacturing Execution Systems team (MES), you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working at the intersection of IT and manufacturing. Together with your team, you’ll shape the future of Greiner MES landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Impact: Manage a talented team of 5 experts in a dynamic, international setting
- Optimize Synergies: Coordinate with application experts to maximize synergies and efficiency
- Support Excellence: Oversee and enhance our established MES systems (MPDV HYDRA, T.CON CAT, SAP PP)
- Drive Digitization: Spearhead the digitization of production processes as part of the S/4HANA implementation
- Project Management: Leverage your solid experience in project management for software implementation and interface integration
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with software suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Innovate Together: Co-design and implement the S/4HANA rollout in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Team at headquarters

Engage with Key Users: Partner with key users in production, directly on the value chain
Your Profile
What You bring:
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in MES and programming languages like ABAP
- IoT Solutions: Experience in machine connection and IoT solutions

SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with other SAP modules such as EWM, QM, or PM is a plus
How to impress us :
- Educational Background: Completed HTL with an IT focus or comparable training/professional experience
- Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for production processes and digital transformation (IoT, machine data acquisition, SAP PP, SAP BW/SAC, Power BI)
- Analytical Mindset: High IT affinity and strong analytical skills
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Leadership skills: Communicative personality who can motivate and lead a team successfully
- Language Skills: Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)

The annual gross salary is around 60.000 €. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
