Your Challenge

  • Conduct apprenticeship training and technical continuing education – occasionally also in adult education
  • Provide both technical and personal support and development for apprentices
  • Inspire young people to learn and drive their developmen
  • Design, optimize, and further develop training programs and training materials
  • Support recruitment activities, trade fair visits, training projects, and events
  • Actively participate in organizing and conducting trial days
  • Continuously pursue personal and professional development

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (HTL or apprenticeship), ideally in process engineering, mechatronics, metal technology, or a comparable field
  • Basic knowledge of CAD (2D/3D)
  • Several years of experience in training young people and/or apprentices is an advantage
  • Certification as an apprentice trainer is desirable
  • Additional trainer or coaching qualifications are a plus
  • Strong social skills with pedagogical abilities, as well as joy and patience in working with young people
  • Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and strong communication skills
  • Strong team spirit and high level of commitment
  • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement, which is € 47,532.24 (collective agreement for the chemical industry). We are of course willing to offer a market-compliant overpayment depending on your individual profile and professional experience.
