Your challenge
18 months – 3 assignments – 3 projects: The Greiner Professional Program (GPP) targets graduates or young talents.
The trainee program is the perfect opportunity to shape your own future. A series of modules together with selective, individual training supports your development.
Your Profile
- You are a recent (or soon-to-be) Graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree focusing on Human Resources a/o Organizational Development.
- You have a minimum of six months’ work experience during your studies, ideally in industry a/o an international context.
- You have gained profound intercultural experience by working or studying in a foreign cultural area – our requirement is at least four months abroad.
- You are fluent in English and German, additional foreign languages are an asset.
- You are a forward-thinker and motivated as well as flexible and mobile within the program duration.
Our Offer
- The Greiner Professional Program kicks off in September 2024 with an onboarding and networking week together with your GPP peers.
- The 18 months-trainee program consists of three 6 months-assignments. During program, you will experience Greiner multidimensionally and hands-on in projects within different HR fields – in one of our divisions or cross-divisional.
- You will be paired with a mentor and, additionally, you gain support from a fellow GPP buddy who is one year ahead.
- Between assignments you will get insights into Greiner through training modules and get-togethers with Greiner senior management and experts.
- Additionally, your professional and personal development is supported with an individual training budget.
- You can expect a hybrid working model with flexible working hours according to our internal policy. Annual gross salary during the program is EUR 46.000 (fulltime) together with other Greiner benefits.
