As the Divisional Director of People & Culture, you will lead the People & Culture operations at Greiner Packaging and play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the P&C strategy for the Greiner Group. his position offers a unique opportunity to actively drive innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the People & Culture department at Greiner Packaging, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead and further develop People& Culture teams at various global locations
- Act as a key member of the divisional management team, providing strategic People & Culture expertise to meet business needs
- Take responsibility for implementing the global HR strategy and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes at international sites
- Contribute to developing initiatives within the framework of the defined global HR strategy
- Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate closely with the Greiner Group holding company, Greiner Packaging’s executive management, and People & Culture Directors from other divisions
- Cultivate a positive corporate culture that supports innovation, employee engagement, and retention
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Extensive leadership experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international industrial environment; experience working abroad is a strong asset
- A proven track record in developing, optimizing, and implementing HR strategies, processes, and concepts
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and state-of-the-art HR practices
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative, persuasive, and forward-thinking approach
- Excellent proficiency in English and good proficiency in German
