Your challenge

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and problem resolution for AI & Workplace Applications (MIRO, Adobe Products, Articulate, SER Doxis, etc) 
  • Analyze and specify requirements in collaboration with relevant departments to identify synergies and avoid redundancies
  • Realize business requirements and further application development
  • Collaborate in IT projects and manage projects within the responsible area
  • Maintain regular communication with application key users to ensure effective cooperation
  • Manage and track external service providers to ensure cost-efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery
  • Provide support documents and conduct training to enhance user know-how
  • Take main responsibility for one or more services/towers, including monitoring and adapting processes to improve service quality and meet business needs
  • Conception & implementation of e-learnings in the Articulate 360 platform 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Digital Business Management, Media and Communication, or a related field; or relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Applications consulting.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement and performance excellence.
  • Innovative thinking to implement strategies that drive improvements and competitive advantage.
  • Learning awareness to stay updated with new information and trends.
  • Decision-making skills to analyze complex situations and drive organizational success.
  • Integrity to uphold high ethical standards and foster a culture of integrity.
  • General understanding of IT processes for effective technical support and solutions.
  • Ability to understand logical and technical contexts.

The annual gross salary is around 55.000 €. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
