Your challenge

  • Managing the non-financial reporting of the Greiner Group
  • Designing and implementing the reporting requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) as well as further development measures for ESG reporting
  • Administration of the group-wide software solution and support for users worldwide 
  • Preparation of analyses, reports and statistics 
  • Acting as an interface for group-wide financial communication
  • Establishing and maintaining standards to continuously improve data quality
  • Maintaining and expanding documentation materials
  • Contributing to the implementation of SAP S4 HANA by incorporating requirements from non-financial reporting

Your Profile

  • Completed studies (FH/Uni) in business administration or environmental/sustainability management
  • Several years of professional experience in reporting, preferably in an industrial or international (corporate) environment
  • Strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and ability to recognize complex relationships
  • Passion for key figures, statistics, international standards, and data quality
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), proficiency in Power BI, and generally high IT affinity
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with diverse user groups and their requirement profiles.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and very good organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and excellent communication skills 
  • Very good English and German skills

The annual gross salary is around 55.000 €. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
