Your challenge
- Define and conceptualize change requests in coordination with various business stakeholders.
- Implement change requests in SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with IT, business, and external providers.
- Provide technical in-house consulting for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Monitor and plan the internal release cycle as well as SAP releases.
- Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for the HR interface landscape, with a particular focus on payroll interfaces.
- Implement new interfaces for SAP SuccessFactors.
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in SAP integration and technology consulting.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in implementing payroll interfaces.
- Good overview of the SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (fluent in both German and English).
- Commitment and ability to advise internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and lateral leadership on a global level.

The annual gross salary starts around 55.000 €. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
