Your challenge

  • Define and conceptualize change requests in coordination with various business stakeholders.
  • Implement change requests in SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with IT, business, and external providers.
  • Provide technical in-house consulting for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Monitor and plan the internal release cycle as well as SAP releases.
  • Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for the HR interface landscape, with a particular focus on payroll interfaces.
  • Implement new interfaces for SAP SuccessFactors.

Your Profile

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in SAP integration and technology consulting.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in implementing payroll interfaces.
  • Good overview of the SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (fluent in both German and English).
  • Commitment and ability to advise internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and lateral leadership on a global level.

The annual gross salary starts around 55.000 €. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
