Your challenge

  • Support the sustainability stream within our SAP/4HANA implementation 
  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects (focus sustainability) from planning to execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Integrate sustainability-related topics into all workstreams, aligning with SAP end-to-end processes.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, requirements and/or regulations (CSRD, CS3D, PPWR, ESPR, Taxonomy, and Tax)

Your Profile

  • Professional experience with existing SAP features, functionalities, and modules (ideally including satellite systems such as Sustainability Control Tower, Green Token, Sustainable Footprint Manager, Responsible Design and Production, and other sustainability-related topics)
  • Several years of SAP experience
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, Digital Product Passport concepts, and legal requirements such as CSRD, CS3D, PPWR, ESPR, Taxonomy, and Tax
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful digital transformations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English and/or German
