Within the Group Commercial Excellence team, we create the data, systems, and steering foundation for fact-based commercial management across the entire Greiner Group. Our goal is to establish transparency across revenue, margin, and performance while enabling leadership teams to make better commercial decisions across divisions.
As Group Expert Commercial System & Performance Steering, you act as the key interface between Business, Controlling, and IT. You shape the group-wide commercial systems and data architecture and develop standards for KPI definitions, reporting, and performance steering. The focus is not on operational reporting, but on building a robust and comparable steering model for the entire Group.
Your challenge
- Further develop and manage group-wide commercial systems and data architectures
- Define standardized KPI structures, reporting standards, and steering logics
- Build meaningful dashboards and reports to drive group-wide revenue and margin steering, including product and customer profitability
- Ensure data quality, governance, and transparency across commercial KPIs in close collaboration with IT, Controlling, and business functions
Your Profile
- University degree (FH/University) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Performance Steering, or Sales Controlling
- Strong understanding of KPI architectures, steering models, and profitability logic
- Experience with business intelligence solutions, data models, and reporting standards
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- Good English skills; German is an advantage

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is € 68.731,32 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). We are, of course, willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
