  • Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Independently manage and execute cross-functional transformation initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Strategic Input & Alignment: Contribute to the definition and refinement of digital transformation strategies. Ensure that projects are not only operationally effective but also support long-term group objectives and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable project tasks, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships across functions and hierarchies.
  • Strategic Content Preparation & Presentation: Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and workshops. Deliver content confidently to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Methodology & Structure: Apply structured methodologies and best practices in project management, change management, and digital adoption. Adapt quickly to new topics and provide clear, strategic insights.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote the use of innovative tools, methods, and technologies. Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and identifying new opportunities.

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, relevant vocational training plus several years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or project management roles with a strong focus on business process improvement and technology-driven change.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, understand business drivers, and align project goals with broader organizational strategies. Capable of contributing to strategic discussions and translating vision into actionable steps.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing cross-functional and international projects (timelines, resources, risks).
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly understand and structure complex topics, develop clear action plans, and deliver results.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent skills in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, align, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proactivity & Drive: High level of initiative and ownership. Focused on solutions and moving topics forward independently.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic environments, able to learn quickly and represent new topics confidently.
  • Innovation Mindset: Eagerness to explore new methods, tools, and approaches in digital transformation

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 72.072 € (collective agreement for chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience, as well as a performance bonus, is a given.
