You will be responsible for overseeing the allocated application's lifecycle, ensuring it meets business requirements and maintains alignment with the organization's IT strategy.You'll oversee the planning, implementation, and governance of data architecture and integration strategies, ensuring that data systems are aligned with business goals and operate cohesively. As data architect, you get to design and implement data structures and systems, ensuring they are optimized, scalable, and secure to support the organization's data storage, processing, and analysis needs.

 

Your challenge: 

  • Target-oriented technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees and ensuring the further personal and professional development of all assigned employees
  • Budget responsibility / planning of the “Data Integration” based on specifications by Financial Management for the related applications
  • Perform Business Relationship Management / Business Consulting to establish the interface between business and IT in order to capture business requirements and provide advice / consulting services with regards to IT / technological questions
  • In your role as Business Relationship Manager of the Team “Data Integration” you consult in topics like Interfaces, SAP BTP, SAP MDG, S/4 HANA, data migration, forms, software development (mainly SAP area), Sustainability processes and reporting
  • Collaborating with providers to develop a detailed solution design and with other IT stakeholders to align solution drafts, focusing on feasibility and operability
  • Developing a clear strategy for the application or service aligned with business goals and based on business requirements
  • Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, users, and relevant teams and managing relationships with IT stakeholders
  • Overseeing 2nd level support (incl. updates and patches) for application and service-related topics for the entire “Data Integration” area.
  • Ensuring adherence to organizational IT policies and standards, compliance with regulatory requirements and if required adherence to GxP requirements in terms of CSV
  • Project (portfolio) management of the “Data Integration” related projects


 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development in the SAP ERP area
  • Expertise in data integration tools (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Talend, Informatica, Apache Nifi) and ETL processes
  • Experience with conversions, enhacements, forms and workflows
  • Experience in process and project management and in the implementation/rollout of new systems or application changes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with an ability to lead and mentor team members
  • Experience in leading a team 
  • Interested in new technologies
  • Fluent in English

The annual gross salary is around stated in the collective agreement is EUR 80.000. The actual amount depends on qualifications and professional experience.
