Want to gain practical experience while making a real impact? Join our P&C Center of Excellence "Strategy & Digitalization" and support DIVERSITEC, an FFG-funded project driving diversity and inclusion across the Greiner Group. You'll work on project coordination, stakeholder management, and exciting initiatives focused on Gender Balance, Disability Inclusion, Internationality, and Inclusive Culture. 

 

Duration and scope: 9 months starting with October 2026, 20 hours/week 

Your Challenge

  • Help bring the DIVERSITEC project to life by supporting project coordination, keeping timelines on track, and following up on action items. 
  • Create clear and engaging project materials such as presentations, meeting documents, status updates, and reports for internal stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues from People & Culture, Sustainability, IT, and other internal and external stakeholders to move diversity and inclusion initiatives forward.   
  • Support the planning and organization of workshops, trainings, Employee Resource Group activities, and awareness campaigns.  
  • Work with diversity-related data and KPIs by collecting, checking, and preparing information in a structured way.  
  • Explore trends, best practices, and benchmarks around equal opportunities, disability inclusion, inclusive leadership, and organizational culture.  
  • Bring in your own ideas and support communication and change activities that help create a more inclusive culture across Greiner.  

Your Profile*

  • You are currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.  
  • You are interested in topics such as diversity, equal opportunities, inclusive culture, HR, sustainability, psychology, social sciences, or business.  
  • You enjoy organizing things, keeping an overview, and making sure tasks move forward.  
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and have an eye for detail.  
  • You feel comfortable working with data, presentations, and different types of project materials.  
  • You communicate well in English; German skills are a plus.  
  • You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.  
  • First experience in project work, HR, sustainability, consulting, or diversity-related topics is great — but not a must.  
  • Most importantly: You are curious, motivated, and want to contribute to a more inclusive workplace.

The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 1,503 for 20 hours/week.
