Your challenge

You will take on a key role in international sales, managing renowned customers in the aviation industry – including leading seat manufacturers and airlines. In doing so, you will actively help shape the future of our company.

 

  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships in the aviation industry (renowned international seat manufacturers and airlines)
  • Strategically grow your accounts and contribute to budget and revenue planning
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers and market segments
  • Lead the preparation of proposals and feasibility studies in close cooperation with technical departments
  • Conduct offer, pricing, and contract negotiations with a focus on value creation for both parties
  • Perform market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
  • Report and document all activities in the CRM system
  • Oversee project planning, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Act as the key interface between customer expectations and internal capabilities during project implementation
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical inputs and align them with internal stakeholders

Your Profile

You bring passion for technology and sales, and know how to turn customer needs into successful solutions.

 

  • Completed higher education in a commercial or technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management, or project management
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus (especially German)
  • Strong commercial mindset with technical affinity — you enjoy understanding products, technologies, and processes
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into customer value and vice versa
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator with a high degree of customer orientation
  • Strong organizational skills, hands-on attitude, and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work across cultures and time zones
