Your role

As a Marketing Communications Expert you translate complex product features into clear, compelling messages and design effective communication strategies throughout the entire customer journey. You develop creative content and eye-catching campaigns, and support the sales team with persuasive sales materials and professionally executed events. In your central interface role, you ensure consistent and effective product communication across markets, target groups, and channels using a holistic 360° perspective. You combine strategic thinking with conceptual strength, strong writing skills, and a clear hands-on mindset.

Your challenge

  • You proactively engage with sales and product management teams to ensure the distinctive positioning of our products across all relevant communication channels.
  • You translate complex product features into clear customer benefits and develop high-impact campaigns that make efficient use of resources and deliver measurable results.
  • You have a keen sense of language, target audiences and impact and develop compelling, tailored content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations and mailings.
  • You plan and execute national and international trade shows and customer events.
  • You handle coordination and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations and ensure efficient processes.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Several years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in a B2B/industrial setting or at an agency
  • Ability to present complex technical content in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
  • Experience creating content for various formats and channels
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of personal responsibility and self-organization: experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
  • Confident handling of change, along with the ability to provide guidance during dynamic phases and actively contribute to shaping the future
  • Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills (especially with Sales and Product Management), as well as a good sense of humor - because while our small team is demanding in its work, we’re easygoing when it comes to working together
