Innovation Management Specialist (all genders)

Your challenge

  • Support the development of the NEVEON R&D strategy and identify key customer activities.
  • Design and facilitate an efficient innovation process to ensure timely execution of product innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with our Data Science team to create a digital solution finder based on models build on our integrated performance database.
  • Monitor the latest trends in LLM based IP and publication search tools and implement an internal search tool.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/communication team to highlight innovation at NEVEON in the market.
  • Coordinate research funding applications and facilitate an efficient processing.
  • Assist in project controlling and financial coordination by collaborating with Controlling and Finance teams.

Your Profile

  • Completed higher education or equivalent work experience (Innovation management, Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • In-depth experience in Project Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ideally Power Automate; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is preferable.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and Polish is preferable.
  • Pro-active personality to drive innovation.
  • Organizational talent with the ability to think holistically.
  • Team-player with strong communication skills and joy of working in an international environment.
