Production Manager | Head of Foaming

Your challenge

• Manage and supervise the daily production activities of the foam production area. 
• Lead and support a team of 12 employees.
• Ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production processes while meeting business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and improve overall performance.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the position.
• Coordinate corrective actions in response to customer complaints and production-related issues.
• Ensure effective collaboration with our Living & Care and Mobility & Specialities Business Units, as well as other support functions, to provide reliable foam supply and support operational excellence.
• Ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production processes while meeting business requirements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• High level of responsibility, resilience, and a proactive approach.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
