Your challenge

  • Process customer inquiries, service requests, and incidents (prioritize, categorize, resolve) and collaborate on SLA definition and review
  • Facilitate on- and offboarding of new employees in accordance with HR requirements
    (joiner, mover, leaver process)
  • Maintain close contact with customers, informing them about their inquiries and error reports
    and keeping them informed of the progress of their requests
  • Create solution documentation in a global knowledge base and update the corresponding documentation
    for the supported systems
  • Manage IT assets and services (e.g., IMACs) including the lifecycle of assets and purchasing process.
  • Monitor logs and reports proactively to identify potential issues and ensure stable operations
  • Focus on local specifics, e.g., setup and maintenance of local infrastructure and devices

Your Profile

  • Basic Knowledge in the area of IT systems
  • Especially: Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Networking, Client Management, Server Management
  • English in written and spoken
