Divisional Crisis & Risk Coordinator (all genders)

Your challenge

• Implementation and regular monitoring of the timeliness and effectiveness of crisis management at our locations.
• Planning and implementation of crisis team training at the locations.
• Monitoring and follow-up of preventive and corrective measures in crisis management.
• Support of the global crisis team and active participation in crisis management in the event of an incident.
• Coordinating the implementation of risk management in accordance with Group-wide guidelines.
• Identification, assessment and monitoring of corporate risks in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Coordinating the development & implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Implementation and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
• Preparation of various reports on the status of risk management and administration of the relevant risk and crisis management documents in the document management system.
• Close cooperation and coordination with various stakeholders in the Group (e.g. crisis coordinators).

Your Profile

• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Basic understanding of production companies.
• Experience in risk or crisis management and in conducting training courses.
• Strong communication skills and pronounced problem-solving ability.
• Structured, conscientious and reliable way of working.
• Fluent in English & German.
• High IT affinity.

The monthly gross salary for this position is at least EUR 3,643.48 according to the collective agreement, depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
