Your challenge
- Implementation and regular monitoring of the timeliness and effectiveness of crisis management at our locations.
- Planning and implementation of crisis team training at the locations.
- Monitoring and follow-up of preventive and corrective measures in crisis management.
- Support of the global crisis team and active participation in crisis management in the event of an incident.
- Coordinating the implementation of risk management in accordance with Group-wide guidelines.
- Identification, assessment and monitoring of corporate risks in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Coordinating the development & implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Implementation and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
- Preparation of various reports on the status of risk management and administration of the relevant risk and crisis management documents in the document management system.
- Close cooperation and coordination with various stakeholders in the Group (e.g. crisis coordinators).
Your Profile
- At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Basic understanding of production companies.
- Experience in risk or crisis management and in conducting training courses.
- Strong communication skills and pronounced problem-solving ability.
- Structured, conscientious and reliable way of working.
- Fluent in English & German.
- High IT affinity.
