Purpose & main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Mobility & Specialties Business Unit, ensuring alignment with NEVEON’s group strategy and targets
  • Drive strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased profitability
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the BU Mobility & Specialties
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for a team of senior managers
  • Motivate, inspire, and develop leaders and teams across the BU to foster high performance, engagement, and a collaborative culture
  • Serve as a C-level leader and active member of the NEVEON Executive Committee (EXCO)

Required Competences & Skills

  • Educational background: University degree in economics or technical disciplines
  • Leadership experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a relevant industrial sector
  • Track record: Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Change agent: Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and change
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and sound decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels
  • Proficient in navigating complex regulatory environments
  • Commercially minded, results-oriented, and service-driven
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German are an advantage
