Segment Controlling Specialist (all genders)

Your Challenges

  • Act as a business partner for the General Manager of the Aviation & Railway division
  • Support our plants in USA, China, and Czech Republic with various controlling activities
  • Be responsable for monthly financial closing (timely and accurate completion)
  • Prepare and facilitate P&L reviews (including data preparation, coordination with management, etc.)
  • Coordinate budget, forecast, and MYP planning processes
  • Support the Sales and Commercial Excellence Team
  • Oversee ongoing reporting, conduct ad hoc analyses, and target-performance comparisons, including variance analysis
  • Actively participate in various financial projects
  • Identify and minimize potential risks within the scope of risk management


Your Profile

  • Financial education (university or equal), ideally with a focus on controlling
  • 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Strong computer skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work with numerical data
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Precise working style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
