The Role

As a Transformation Expert, you will play a central role in analyzing, reporting, and steering the impact of transformation initiatives. You will manage the monthly reporting cycle, support the identification of new initiatives, and contribute to the creation of business cases. Additionally, you will be the primary owner of our internal PMO tool, ensuring data quality and consistent usage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report the performance and impact of all transformation initiatives
  • Manage the monthly transformation reporting cycle, consolidating and validating inputs
  • Act as primary responsible for the internal PMO tool, ensuring accuracy, structure, and user adoption
  • Support the identification and framing of new initiatives across business functions
  • Assist in the development and validation of business cases for transformation projects
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and resource use to support effective steering
  • Prepare clear updates and management summaries for senior leadership
  • Coordinate with initiative owners and ensure alignment on targets and progress

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field 
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or contributing to strategic projects 
  • Skilled in using project management tools and software
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
