Your Challenge

  • Be a member of the local top Management Team
  • Lead operations and maintenance on site.
  • Foster a culture of zero accidents & zero waste.
  • Monitor and improve our Operations KPIs with methods such as Continuous improvement, Lean Management, Six Sigma, …  and initiate corrective actions if needed.
  • Initiate and lead investment (CAPEX) projects.
  • Work closely & challenge other functions that are influencing operational efficiency e.g., customer-order sizes or supplier quality & lead times.
  • Develop the operational plant team by respecting their individual skills and competencies
  • Participating in the overall strategic & organizational development of the whole site together with the Management Team

Your profile

 
   
  • Technical skills e.g., a degree in technical studies/process engineering or proven practical experience.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in operations
  • Passion for leadership and continuous Improvement
  • Leadership skills and Lean Management know-how.
  • Understanding of automation and workplace optimization, paper-less planning & shop-floor management
  • Ready to walk-the-talk.
  • Keen & used to work within an international organization.
