Head of Sales

Your Challenge
• Overall responsibility for the sales performance of the plants in Zgierz (technical foams) and Ozorków (composite foams), including revenue growth, gross margin and capacity utilisation
• Management and development of the sales organisation in Zgierz and Ozorków (four sales representatives and the associated internal sales team)
• Defining, implementing and executing the commercial and sales strategy for technical and composite foams in the CEE region
• Strong focus on acquiring new customers ("hunter mentality") while further developing existing, established customer relationships
• Direct responsibility for selected key and strategic customers, including regular customer visits and high-level relationship management
• Full responsibility for the budget, forecasts and KPIs for the sales area (monthly reviews, strategy tracking, performance monitoring)
• Close cooperation within the matrix organisation with European teams (international key account managers, product management, sales representatives)
• Providing structured information about the market, customers and competition to support strategic decision-making
• Monitoring market developments and identifying emerging trends. Acting as a driving force for potential strategic changes
• Coaching, feedback, support in setting priorities and continuous development of employees within the sales team
• Strong focus on a "customer first" mentality while ensuring sales discipline and margin optimisation
• Willingness to travel within Central and Eastern Europe and to the group's international locations
Your profile
• Management position in the sales department with regional responsibility (CEE)
• Experience in a technical, industrial or automotive environment, preferably in the field of technical foams
• Increasing revenue in competitive industrial markets
• Acquiring new customers while managing mature accounts
• Leading and developing sales teams
• Leading KPI- and results-driven sales organisations
Special qualifications and skills:
• In-depth knowledge of customers and the market for technical and composite foams or comparable materials
• Strong technical understanding enabling credible conversations with customers
• Proven hunter mentality combined with structured account management skills
• Proven experience in people management and coaching
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and results
• Confident use of CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Strategic thinking combined with practical task execution skills
• Solution-oriented approach Foreign language skills
• English: min. C1 (required)
• Polish: native or min. C1 (required) Other requirements
• Willingness to travel and strong presence at customer sites
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Well-developed network of contacts in the foam, automotive, industrial or related industries
