Do you stay organized and focused even when managing multiple tasks at the same time? As a Team Assistant Commercial (all genders), you will be an important administrative and organizational interface within our team. With your structured approach, service-oriented mindset, and commercial understanding, you will contribute significantly to the smooth execution of our daily business operations.
This position is available full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week).
Your challenge
- Prepare outgoing invoices, including routine and export invoicing, and support customs clearance processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and manage accounts receivable collection processes
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks, including telephone support and coordination of inquiries
- Organize and coordinate meetings, business travel, and visitor management, while overseeing mail and shipping processes
- Procure and manage office supplies
- Prepare reports and analyses, such as sales volume and revenue development evaluations, and support the creation of presentations
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, commercial college/HAK, or equivalent)
- Ideally several years of professional experience in an industrial company or a comparable environment
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
- Proactive, communicative, and responsible working style
- Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
- Enjoy working in an administrative role and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is € 49,946.40 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). We are, of course, willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
