Your role
As Head of Divisional Operational Excellence, you are responsible for implementing the global OpEx strategy within the division and driving sustainable performance improvement. You lead the Divisional OpEx team and act as a key link between Group OpEx and divisional operations, embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement across sites.
Your responsibilities
- Translate the global OpEx strategy into a clear divisional performance agenda aligned with Divisional COOs and site leaders
- Ensure strategic alignment, governance and transparency through defined targets, milestones and progress reviews
- Drive leadership engagement and change initiatives to strengthen ownership and continuous improvement culture
- Lead, coach and develop the Divisional OpEx team across key OpEx dimensions (e.g. Lean, TPM, Digital Transformation)
- Roll out and sustain OpEx frameworks across multiple sites and geographies
- Collaborate closely with Group OpEx experts and act as a sparring partner for senior operations leadership
- Support sites in problem-solving, loss analysis and value stream optimization initiatives
Your profile
- + 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management or Industrial Performance
- Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site or matrix organizations
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, CI methodologies and OpEx systems
- Hands-on, implementation-driven mindset combined with strategic thinking
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills in international environments
